Our supply chain takes care of all process required to clear the custom and can reach the goods in given short time. We will be continuously engaged with you till the delivery of the goods to your place.

According to your order quantity,the delivery time will be different.Generally 2 days to 5 days are required to arrange and ship the goods for online order and 7-10 for big quantity.We will do our best to send the products to you as soon as possible. Also it depends which shipping method you choose. Express delivery by DHL & FedEx service take 5-7 days to reach the goods to any country. Shipping by sea transport takes time about 12-35 days.

Yes, we provide sampling service according to your requirement. The shipping charges will be taken as per standard delivery rate.

Our payment term are L/C, D/A, T/T Transfer, West Union, you could choose the way most convenient. For samples you can pay by paypal or payoneer. The surcharge will be required to pay extra.
It depends on the total weight of your order and the way you chose for shipping. There are International Express Door to Door, Airline Company and Ocean Transportation available. You can ask us, we will provide you the exact cost of the shipping the goods.

Yes, we are also doing white labeling in most of all the products. As per the customer’s need and suggestions we provide custom design,productions, branding of their company on packaging box or products. Custom packaging design and innovations are welcomed. Many of our clients are printing their logo on the products.

In general we are providing 1 year warranty of the products, but it depends on the products. Some of the products have 2 or 5 years of warranty and some of have 6 months of warranty. Any products which are not working well or damaged, send us back. We want to build long term relationships with you.
